Return Policy
At Rug As Art, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. To ensure peace of mind, our Return Policy provides the following protections in the event that your item:
• Does not arrive
• Is damaged during transit
• Significantly differs from the item you purchased
Exceptions to Returns
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:
• Made-to-order products
• Items explicitly marked as non-refundable in the product description
• Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
• If you choose Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery, you or your agent must inspect the item upon pickup/delivery. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, you must refuse the item at the time of pickup or delivery.
• Once you or your agent have taken possession of the item, the sale is final.
• All sales are final 48 hours after delivery.
International and Cross-Border Returns
For international orders, return processes may vary depending on the countries involved. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties on cross-border orders. On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or notify us that you refused the item at pickup or delivery, please email us at info@rugasart.ca with your order number and a detailed explanation of your return request.
